It's bonus time. Bankers on Wall Street are looking at record-breaking bonuses while the unemployment rate is still about 10 percent. President Obama announced a new tax for banks on January 14th.

People in the US are suggesting the money should be given to the victims of the devastating Haiti quake. The question of bonuses has obviously grabbed the headlines in the U.S. but it's also caused a stir here in China.
