No Child Left Behind?

Just a month ago, 13 school children between 7 and 15 years old were injured or died in an accident at an illegal fireworks factory in Guangxi province. They had two things in common: they each earned just 15 cents for a pun ishing days work - and they'd all been left behind by their migrant worker parents. Their tragedy is the tragedy of millions of such "left behind" children in China.
